Artist Bio

Siara Pineda

At a very young age, Siara Pineda found her love of art through her mother who painted murals on the walls of their family home. Although she enjoys working with a variety of mediums, she has found oil paintings to be her absolute favorite, really enjoying the creaminess of the paints and the wonderful effects they have on the subjects that she paints.

Her favorite subjects to paint are people, from both imagination and life. She is drawn to the emotions that can be expressed through the human face and form and aims to convey that through her own portrait work. Although portrait art tends to be her favorite, she is constantly inspired and fascinated by nature, beautiful landscapes, adorable animals, and even vibrant foods! There isn’t much that doesn’t inspire or strike that match of excitement when it comes to painting for Siara. Being able to bring an object, a scene, a person, or even a pet to life through painting is all she hopes to do and continues to strive to make this her career.

Born and raised in South Carolina, living in the upper Midlands, she finds herself very fortunate to be surrounded by so much beauty and wonderful, interesting people! With the help and constant support of her loved ones, including close friends, new family, and her two wonderful dogs, she hopes to continue to grow, inspire, and soak in all the exciting moments of being a full-time artist.
