Nancy Mandish
Artist Bio: Nancy Mandish
Nancy Mandish is a dentist, a mom, gramdmother, and a part-time artist. She enjoys working out at Crooked Creek Park and she occasionally tries to do a little gardening.
Nancy grew up in Ohio, graduated from The Ohio State School of Dentistry, married Craig Mandish – also an OSU graduate whose first job brought him to Columbia, SC. Upon moving to this area, the Mandish’s were both immediately attracted to the beauty of Lake Murray and purchased a lot on the lake in Chapin. They eventually built a home on that lot where they’ve raised their four sons. Nancy maintains her dental practice in Irmo and Craig is now retired from engineering, driving a school bus for the Chapin schools and refereeing youth soccer.
Nancy started painting a few years ago and joined The Crooked Creek Art League. She is an active member and has served on the board in past years. Last year she took a class in pottery at the Frog Level Art Center in Prosperity, SC.

Barbara lives in Chapin with her husband, dog and cat.
A very active member of the Crooked Creek Art League, Barbara has served in numerous roles including two terms as president. She currently serves as the Webmaster, Social Media Manager and community art liaison. She served as team leader for the popular "The Arts Sail Into Chapin" sailboat project this past summer.
