2008-2009 Outstanding Member of the Year: Ruby DeLoach

We were happy to recognize Ruby for her extensive work this year. She was "the energizer bunny" identifying and successfully negotiating with multiple business partners to establish our "off campus" galleries at the Chamber of Commerce, the Lowman Home, Palmetto Fine Arts, etc.
