Chapin Fall Art Festival - Can You Help?

After being rained out last year, the annual Chapin Fall Art Festival will be October 5, 2024, at Chapin Town Hall. Sandra Oliver has been the coordinator for this event for the past three years, but she will be unable to continue in this capacity. She will, however, be willing to advise the new coordinator(s) in preparing for the event.

The coordinator(s) will need to schedule CCAL artists to help set up and take down the display, to offer to show/sell their art, and to help "man" the booth for short periods of time. The league does have five display racks for such an event. If you and/or you and a friend would be willing to coordinate CCAL's display, please let Yvonne Beyer know.
